The TruSpeed™ Training Club is NOT meant to be swung rapidly back and forth as fast as you can; proper tempo is key to a fundamental golf swing, “re-setting” on each swing is of utmost importance.
Before undertaking any ‘speed thru impact’ or overspeed training it is vitally important to warm-up. The warm-up and workouts provided are to be performed in conjunction with Swing Protocols to unlock full speed potential. If at any point in time during the workout you feel discomfort or pain, stop immediately and consult your physician or a medical professional.
Ensure training environment is safe and free of other equipment, trainees & golfers. NEVER SWING TOWARDS ANYONE!!!
never swing in the direction of anything that could be damaged by the training club or weights.
Swing 8-12 inches above the ground.
Do not store training club with weights attached.
Do not lean on the ground with the Training Club cable end.
Do not swing by holding the cable end.
Always switch grips when going from dominant to non-dominant side training.
Always wear a glove to ensure maximum grip on training club
Store in a cool environment. DO NOT leave in trunk of car on a hot day.
DO NOT attempt to hit a golf ball, impact bag, ground or ANYTHING with training clubs.
Limited Warranty: The TruSpeed™ Golf Training Club comes with a full manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover clubs that are broken during use with the training protocols if the club hits the ground, the player’s body, or anything else that causes damage to the club.
